It really was that simple and easy. The financial benefit was a bonus. Several years ago in our first home (also built by Nicholls Construction), we received a rather steep tax assessment bill. When we contested the amount, an assessor was sent to look at our home. He was amazed at the quality of our home and explained that they had arrived at the original tax amount not realizing the house was a modular home. We received a new, reduced bill. We’re very pleased that our home is as sturdy and solid as any house built from the ground up but with a lower cost, faster move-in time and the pleasure of working with Allen and his staff at Nicholls Construction.

Well it has now been 7 years since you built our house. We just wanted you and your entire crew to know how pleased we are with our house. Because of your quality workmanship and extraordinary customer relations our house has become our "HOME". The attention to detail like drains in our basement, oversized hvac and doors is so nice in the harsh winter extremes we get on the mountain. Our beefed up deck railings you had installed really came in handy when we had thousands of pounds of snow and ice. Our fireplace has been absolutely wonderful with wind chill in the negative 14's. All my neighbors envy our easy circular drive, especially the UPS man;)
